Best Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Mmm… you are going to love this chocolate fudge. In fact, we call it the best chocolate fudge recipe! Anytime I even utter the word fudge, my mouth starts watering.

This is one of our most favorite treats. Since I really only make it around the holidays, everyone gets super excited any time I mention that I am going to be making fudge.

The kids love it and it is a hit all around. You seriously can’t go wrong with this amazing fudge recipe.

Each bite is so creamy and delicious that it melts in your mouth. It is SO good!

Your kitchen will smell amazing from all of this fudge. Plus, your family will go crazy over this recipe.

If you don’t already have a tradition of making fudge, this will soon become a hit for sure! I have a feeling you will make this each year for the holidays once you give this recipe a try.

How do you make good fudge at home?

Now, please don’t think that you cannot make this Chocolate Fudge recipe if you don’t have a double boiler. This is what I do: I use a medium size sauce pan and add an inch or two of water.

Then I place a slightly larger metal mixing bowl on top of the sauce pan. That’s it!

It works great and the fudge turns out perfectly each time. Yum!

The seal between the pan and the bowl does not have to be perfect, you just don’t want the bottom of the bowl to be sitting in the water in the sauce pan.

If you don’t have a metal mixing bowl, you can always purchase a bowl like this – its designed to fit on almost any medium sized sauce pan.

If you are going to be serious about making fudge and candy, you may want to purchase a double boiler like this one.

In the meantime, you can use the pan and bowl and the fudge will still turn out delicious. Let’s get started making fudge!

Lift foil out of pan and cut into small squares. You don’t need much to satisfy your sweet tooth and a little goes a long way. It is the best!

How to Store Homemade Chocolate Fudge:

Fudge should be stored inside an airtight container. I also suggest placing the fudge in between layers of parchment paper to prevent sticking.

I’ve absolutely no understanding of coding but I had been hoping to start my own blog in the near future.
Anyhow, if you have any recommendations or tips for new blog owners please share.

I know this is off subject however I just had to ask. Kudos!
