I am going to make this as it sounds delicious and Chicken Salad is my favorite. I also happy that it can be made ahead as being on my own now, I have to watch that I don’t make too much. My only problem is in your recipe as in most I read online mayo is the ingredient but it’s never mentioned if it’s Hellman’s or Miracle Whip and as there is such. A difference in flavor, which would you recommend?

Thank you once again for a quick and wonderful recipe. Made these wonderful sandwiches for a girls afternoon get together and can’t wait to serve them again. Everyone loved them. I used poached chicken, seasoned with a little sprinkle of Herb seasoning and a small amount of finely diced celery, but that was the only difference I used to make these delightful morsels. Served with carrots and radishes on the side, perfect for the afternoon luncheon. Thank you again!
