However, I needed to make White hot chocolate for a crowd. The crock pot seemed like the BEST way to keep it warm and to prevent it from burning. I could just set it and almost forget it. 🙂

Now the recipe I have included only Serves 3. Double or triple each ingredient for a larger quantity if you are making it for a party.

- 1 ½ heavy whipping cream
- 1 ½ C white chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli)
- 2 C whole milk
- 1 T vanilla extract

Add in Chocolate chips first in the crock pot and then pour in the rest of the ingredients.
Stir and then cook on high for 1 hour and 30 minutes (*stir after the first 30 minutes and then stir every once in a while.).
