Crock pot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Thighs Dinner
- 10 bone in chicken thighs skin on
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup butter one stick
- 6 red potatoes diced
- 1 pound fresh asparagus
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Place the chicken in the crock pot.
- Top with the potatoes, seasonings, and butter.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Meanwhile, cut the bottom off of the asparagus.
- when cooked, Place the chicken, potatoes, and uncooked asparagus on a cookie sheet.
