- chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- Italian Seasoning

- minced garlic
- half and half
- Parmesan cheese
How to make crockpot lemon chicken:
In a large skillet, brown the chicken in butter.
Next, add the chicken to the slow cooker. Top with the all of the seasonings.
Add the pieces of butter on top of the chicken.
Squeeze the lemon juice over the top of the chicken. This makes it really amazing. We love fresh lemon!
Cover and cook.
Get a small bowl and whisk together the cornstarch in the half and half.
Add to the crock pot during the last hour. Stir everything together.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Crock pot Lemon Chicken
- 6 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 8 tablespoons butter divided
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 2 lemons juiced
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup half and half
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- In a large skillet brown the chicken in 2 tablespoons butter.
- Place in the slow cooker. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning.
- Top with the minced garlic and butter (cut into pieces)
- Squeeze the lime juice over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
- Then in a small bowl whisk together the cornstarch in the half and half.
- Stir in the crock crock and cook on high for 1 hour.
- Serve over angelhair pasta with parmesan cheese and more fresh lemons.
