A few days ago I made the most delicious cupcakes usingPillsbury™ Funfetti cake mix with my sweet boy for this class. Today I wanted to show you how we made double chocolate chip brownies using Pillsbury™ brownie mix. We have people over all the time in the Spring and Summer. We have small parties where we get two or three families together to just play. The kids usually play basketball, or some other sport, and the adults sit around and get some good old fashion adult time.
As many of you know, we like to keep a nice stockpile of Pillsbury™ Cake Mixes, Brownie Mixes and Frostings for our easy baking memories. They are so reasonably priced at Walmart so we always grab a few. You can also save on Pillsbury™ with ibotta here. That way we are ready for Spring gatherings Our go to dessert is brownies and to make life easier we use Pillsbury brownie mix.
We love to get the kids together to help with desserts. Just like we talked about before, we love to mix up a moment by baking in the kitchen with the kids. This time my sweet son was helping me make these double chocolate chip brownies for our Spring gathering.
He loves helping in the kitchen and shows much pride in his dessert when he shares them with family and friends. This time instead of just making a batch of brownies we decided to mix it up but adding in a 1 cup of chocolate chips.
As you can see… he is pretty excited about adding in the chocolate chips.
The end result is easy but delicious double chocolate chip brownies.
We served them at our Spring party and the kids devoured them. I’m not going to lie – the adults loved them even more.
