  • Olive Oil – Use oil of your choice
  • Sirloin Steak – Cut into bite size pieces. You can also use stew meat
  • Simple Spices – Use Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Butter – We used unsalted butter but for rich flavors use Ghee
  • Minced Garlic – Learn How to Mince Fresh Garlic Cloves or you can use garlic powder
  • Fresh Parsley – Garnish when serving

How to Make Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Step 1 – Heat the little oil bottom of the pan over medium-high heat.  I recommend using a cast iron skillet.

Step 2 – Add the steak to the hot skillet in a single layer.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook the steak for 2 minutes without flipping it so that they get browned. The stir and continue cooking.

Step 3 – Turn the heat down to medium. Add the minced garlic and butter to the skillet.  Cook for about 30-60 seconds until the butter is melted and the garlic is aromatic.

Step 4 – Remove from heat, top with parsley, serve warm and enjoy!

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat.  I recommend using a cast iron skillet.
  • Add the steak to the skillet.  Season it with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the steak for 2 minutes without flipping it so that they get browned.
  • Then gently toss the steak and cook it for 2-3 more minutes until the steak is cooked through and browned.
  • Turn the heat down to medium. Add the minced garlic and butter to the skillet.  Cook for about 30-60 seconds until the butter is melted and the garlic is aromatic.
  • Remove from heat, top with parsley, serve warm and enjoy!
