Ingredients

  • Eggs Hard Boiled and Cooled
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Green Onion, thinly sliced
  • Celery, finely diced
  • Fresh Dill, chopped
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper

  • Yellow Mustard – Instead of Dijon Mustard feel free to substitute it with yellow mustard.
  • Add-Ins – I love to add in diced avocados to enhance the creamy texture. This is a great addition of healthy fats to this classic egg salad recipe.
  • Spices – Feel free to change the spices and add in fresh herbs such as fresh parsley. I also like to sprinkle in paprika for color and taste.
