Ingredients:

Ingredients needed - cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, vanilla, sugar, chocolate chips
  • Cream Cheese
  • Butter
  • All Natural Peanut Butter- Make sure it’s all natural peanut butter
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Erythritol Sugar – We used Swerve granulated sugar for this recipe.
  • Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips

Variations:

  • Flour – We did not add flour to this base, but you can if you prefer. To stick with a keto diet, mix in ¼ cup almond flour or coconut flour.
  • Peanut Butter – Any nut butter will work in this recipe such as almond butter. If using peanut butter make sure it is the natural peanut butter.
  • Chocolate Chips – When making these Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fat bombs, make sure to use sugar free chocolate chips. We like Lilys Chocolate Chips. You can eve use dark chocolate chips.
  • Melting Chocolate – For a fun variation, you can melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Then drizzle the chocolate over the top.
  • Shredded Coconut – If you love coconut, add in a small amount in for added flavor.

Step 1 – In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips together with a hand mixer until they are all combined thoroughly.

Step 2 – Stir in the dark chocolate chips by hand until they are mixed into the batter.

Step 3 – Then use a cookie scoop to scoop them onto a baking sheet and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
