Ingredients - Strips of steak, taco seasoning, bell peppers and onions with a bowl of beef broth
  • Round Steak – Slice steak in fajita size pieces. You can also use skirt steak or flank steak.
  • Bell Peppers – You can use Red Bell Pepper, Yellow & Green Pepper
  • Taco Seasoning – We make homemade taco seasoning or Fajita Seasoning Recipe
  • Beef Broth – Substitute with chicken broth if you are out

How to Make Instant Pot Steak Fajitas Recipe

  • Step 1 – Place the steak, taco seasoning, and the broth in the instant pot.

  • Step 2 – Add the lid and set the valve to sealing. Set the pressure to high pressure.
  • Step 3 – Allow the valve to release the pressure for about 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Step 4 – Stir in the bell peppers and the onion.  Add the lid again, and set the pressure for 2 minutes.

  • Step 5 – Do a quick release and serve on tortillas. It is so easy.

    Yes, you can freeze the leftovers on this recipe. However, the peppers will get very soft when freezing so you may want to remove those before freezing. Thanks!
