  1. I have made this 5 weeks in a row. One of my husbands favorite meals. I also made this for my sister in law and husband and said how tasty it was. Of course they wanted the recipe and I shared not only this recipe but a couple of other recipes. Easy to make and delicious.

  2. I would cook on high pressure for 13-14 minutes with a 10 minute natural release for frozen meat.

  3. Yes, you can – The peppers will get soft once frozen so you may want to leave those out when freezing your leftovers.
