I made this today. Whole family loved it. Will make it again.
so easy and love one pot meal!!
Used 2 blade steaks I had from a meat order. Very surprised, the meat was tender. Potatoes were not all fully cooked so used the ones that were, mb need to make potatoes uniform thickness. Over all an excellent meal.
I had a 1 1/2# Top round steak that I used for the recipe. I sliced it into about one inch thick pieces. The flavor was Sooooooooo good. I used tiny round yellow potatoes they weren’t finished. So I popped them into the microwave for a few minutes.
I’d definitely make this again
This was wonderful we had it tonight and it was a hit with my husband and our two friends. The friend’s husband asks for the recipe before they went home they couldn’t believe how easy it was to put together and ended up tasting like a steakhouse dinner. I added carrot coins to the potato packet and I served it with Vildia Onion Pie and a simple green salad. The sauce that you cook it in was not enough so I was wondering if would it hurt anything if I make more sauce and add it to the steaks everyone wanted to have some for their steak and some even wanted it for their potatoes, it was that delicious. Thank you for posting and sharing this wonderful tasty recipe. 🙂
