Troubleshooting Tips

Why is my whipped butter runny? – You may have added too much milk. Beat in more softened butter to thicken.

Why isn’t my butter fluffy? – Make sure the butter is fully softened before whipping.

Can I make it without milk? – Yes. You can whip butter on its own for a lighter texture, but milk helps create extra fluffiness.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the Difference between Regular Butter and Whipped Butter?

The main difference is the whipped butter has air whipped into it. You will love the lighter, fluffier and easy to spread whipped butter. Regular butter is more dense.

Is it OK to Leave Whipped Butter out on the Counter?

Keep the whipped butter in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. For easy spreading, let it sit at room temperature for about 15–20 minutes before using.

Can I Freeze Whipped Butter?

Yes! You can freeze whipped butter in a freezer safe container for up 2 months. Just thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
