How long is Greek pasta salad good for in the fridge?

Typically pasta salad is good for 3-5 days in the refrigerator.  I actually like to make the Greek Pasta Salad the night before to let the flavors blend.

Ingredients:

  • rotini pasta (penne or bowtie will work too)
  • English cucumber
  • grape tomatoes
  • orange bell pepper (red or green will work too)
  • pitted olives
  • feta cheese
  • red onion
  • greek vinaigrette dressing

How to make Greek Pasta Salad

Cook pasta until al dente. Rinse under cold water and cool completely.

In a large bowl combine pasta, and all the other ingredients.

Stir to combine.

Store, covered,  in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve.

Notes: I like to stir in about ¼ cup extra dressing right before I serve it and sprinkle with more feta cheese. It looks fancier at a potluck and also enhances the flavor. Enjoy!

What is good with pasta salad?

We love it with this Easy Grilled Chicken Kabob Recipe or Grilled Balsamic Glazed Chicken.
