Ingredients for white chicken chili keto:
- boneless skinless chicken breasts
- chicken broth
- onion
- salsa verde
- minced garlic
- cumin
- salt and pepper
- cream cheese
- heavy whipping cream
- Monterrey jack cheese
- avocado
- roma tomato
How to make keto chili recipe:
Place everything except the cream cheese and whipping cream in the crock pot. Easy!
Cover and cook.
Once finished cooking, shred the chicken.
Stir in the heavy cream and the cream cheese until melted.
Top with Monterrey jack cheese, diced tomatoes, and avocados.

Another time saving tip is to use a small food chopper or food processor to quickly and easily chop onions and bell peppers.
If you do not have one of these, I highly recommend them. They are such a time saver and you make cooking so fast and easy.
I usually just chop the entire vegetable and freeze what I don’t need. It’s so nice to be able to just take the diced onion out of the freezer for recipes.

- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth
