My youngest daughter has been trying to get me to cook more Keto, since I am the one who does the cooking, and this caught my eye. I was out of jalapenos so I used a very small amount of jalapeno sweet relish. WOW what great flavors this dish has. Even the youngest daughter, a very picky eater, says it is a keeper! It may not be as pretty as most dishes I make, but it is more flavorful than most. My wife does not like hot, but she liked this very much. All four of us like it and will have it again. I’ve already shared it with several friends. Thanks for a great recipe.
Carrie says
Thanks for sharing Geary!
Sara says
Can you substitute sour cream for the cream cheese? or maybe half cream cheese and half sour cream?
Carrie says
Sara – I haven’t tried this before but I think it would work and would taste great either way (using all sour cream or half and half with the cream cheese). Let us know if you try this! Thank you.
