Ways to Use Leftovers
- Zucchini Lasagna – Dice up your leftovers and make Lasagna Soup by simmering in 2 cups of broth with a spoon of marinara sauce. Delicious and flavorful!
- Turkey Bolognese – Make sure Microwave Baked Potatoes and top with the leftovers for a quick lunch the next day.
- Lemon Garlic Chicken – I keep things simple with these leftovers and serve it over Jasmine Rice Recipe. You can even dice up the chicken and make Chicken Quesadillas Recipe.
