I am so excited to share with you another fun, frugal, and easy after school snack idea. Today I’m showing you how to make Peanut butter and jelly sandwich sushi rolls. I really wasn’t sure what to call them so I just called them whatever came to my mind first. The kids call them PB&J roll ups. Whatever you want to call them, the kids will love them either way and they’ll want you to add them to your after school snacks rotation.

I made them for the kids after their first day of school and they devoured them. Apparently I didn’t make enough so I had to make more. They’re super easy to make so it wasn’t a problem to whip them up some more. I think that is a good problem to have, don’t you?
