I am so excited to share with you another fun, frugal, and easy after school snack idea. Today I’m showing you how to make Peanut butter and jelly sandwich sushi rolls. I called them that but the kids called them PB&J roll ups. What ever you want to call them, the kids will love it if you add them to your after school snacks rotation.
I made them for the kids after their first day of school and they devoured them. Apparently I didn’t make enough so I had to make more. I think that is a good problem to have, don’t you?

How to make Peanut butter and Jelly Sandwich Sushi Rolls:
These are super easy to make.
1. Cut off your crusts.
2. Roll the bread out with a rolling pin to flatten it.
3. Spread peanut butter on the bread.
4. Add jelly.
5. Simply roll it up.
6. Slice it into 4 pieces.
It is that easy!
I can make a batch for my family in no time. Literally, it takes no time at all to make this fun after school snack idea.
The kids love them, but the adults did too. 😉
