I really wasn’t sure what to call them so I just called them whatever came to my mind first. The kids call them PB&J roll ups. Whatever you want to call them, the kids will love them either way and they’ll want you to add them to your after school snacks rotation.

I made them for the kids after their first day of school and they devoured them. Apparently I didn’t make enough so I had to make more. They’re super easy to make so it wasn’t a problem to whip them up some more. I think that is a good problem to have, don’t you?

  • 2 Slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon of jelly
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

5. Simply roll it up.

  • 12 Slices Bread
  • 6 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 6 Tablespoons Jelly

Instructions

  • Cut off the crust on the bread slices.
  • Flatten the bread out with a rolling pin.
  • Spread approximately 0.5 tablespoon of peanut butter and jelly on each slice of bread.
  • Tightly roll up each slice or bread and cut each one in half.
  • Serve and enjoy!
