Recipe Notes

ย
Recipe Tips
  • Prepare Air Fryer – If your air fryer does not have a preheat option, run the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F.
  • Cook in a Single Layer – I find that the potatoes taste best when they cook in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overlap in the air fryer to help make them crispy when they are cooked.
  • Season to Taste – Taste test the potatoes before serving and add more salt and pepper based on your preference. I like more salt than most, so I added another ½ tsp of Salt to the potatoes once they were done.
  • Cut Evenly – Keeps all the potatoes cooking at the same pace.
Seasoning Variations Ideas
  • Breakfast Potatoes – Add onion powder and diced bell peppers for amazing flavor.
  • Garlic Parmesan Potatoes – Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, Chives and minced garlic after cooking for a delicious variation.
  • Spicy Potatoes – For a kick of flavor add chili powder or Cajun seasoning.
  • Herbed Potatoes – Use rosemary, thyme, or Italian seasoning for an aromatic twist.
