How to Make American Flag Charcuterie Board
- Step 1 – Get out a large board. You will need to start with a large board to make the charcuterie board. It is best to use one with edges because it helps to keep all the items in place. You can also use a baking pan covered with plastic wrap.
- Step 2 – Make the stripes. Create the stripes on the flag first. Then, create red stripes on the pan using the strawberries, pepperonis, roasted red peppers and the raspberries. Create the white stripes using the mozzarella pearls, white cheese slices (reserve 12 slices to make the stars) and pita crackers. On the top 3 stripes, only place the ingredients on half of the pan to allow room for the blueberries.
- Step 3 – Add the Blueberries. Fill in the empty top square of the pan with the blueberries or other blue ingredients. To make the stars, use a 1 inch star cookie cutter to cut the stars out of the reserved cheese slices. Place these stars on top of the blueberries on the pan.
- Step 4 – Serve immediately and enjoy. This is so easy and really tasty.
