Ingredients

An American flag charcuterie board features assorted bowls with blueberries, mini marshmallows, raspberries, strawberries, star-shaped cheese slices, sliced cheese, roasted red peppers, pepperoni slices, and triangular crackers arranged on a white surface.
  • Strawberries – We like to cleaned and diced Strawberries ahead of time with a sharp knife on a cutting board.
  • White Cheese – We used Asiago but you can also use white cheddar or white American
  • Sliced Pepperoni – Substitute with Turkey Pepperoni or Prosciutto

  • Roasted Red Peppers – Make sure to drain before adding to the board

How to Make American Flag Charcuterie Board

  • Step 1 – Get out a large board. You will need to start with a large board to make the charcuterie board. It is best to use one with edges because it helps to keep all the items in place. You can also use a baking pan covered with plastic wrap.

  • Step 2 – Make the stripes. Create the stripes on the flag first. Then, create red stripes on the pan using the strawberries, pepperonis, roasted red peppers and the raspberries. Create the white stripes using the mozzarella pearls, white cheese slices (reserve 12 slices to make the stars) and pita crackers. On the top 3 stripes, only place the ingredients on half of the pan to allow room for the blueberries.
