- Chopped Cooked Chicken Breast – Great recipe to use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken
- Cream of Chicken Soup – You can substitute with Homemade Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe
- Milk – We used whole milk
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese – Use freshly shredded cheese
- Frozen Peas and Carrots – You can use any frozen mixed veggies. Chopped onion is a great addition

How to Make Chicken Noodle Casserole
Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9″x13″ pan with cooking spray.
Step 2 – Cook the egg noodles in large pot of salt water and according to package directions and drain.

Step 3 – In a large bowl, stir the noodles, chicken, soup, milk, cheese, peas and carrots, and seasonings.

Step 4 – Place the noodle mixture in the prepared dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

- 12 ounces egg noodles uncooked
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- (2) 10 ounce cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots or frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley to top

- Cook Egg Noodles – Cook noodles al dente as they will continue to cook in the oven.
- Prepare Baking Dish – Make sure to spray the casserole dish with cooking dish before adding the chicken mixture. This makes cleanup a breeze.
- Casserole Consistency – If you prefer the casserole mixture to be extra creamy, mix in 4 oz of softened cream cheese.
- Cheesy Casserole- If you love this casserole to be extra cheesy, add ½ cup of mozzarella or Monterey Jack.
