It’s amazing on ribeyes, sirloins, burgers, and even roasted veggies. Once you try it, you’ll never go back to plain salt and pepper again — it’s that good!

I’m so glad you enjoyed it Adrienne! Thank you for sharing and thank you so much for the positive review!
Why is there cornstarch?
Ron – The cornstarch acts as an anti-caking agent, preventing the spices from clumping together, and to help create a flavorful, crispy crust on the steak by absorbing moisture and caramelizing. The cornstarch also helps the seasoning adhere to the meat.
Made it last nite and put it on 4 steaks on a plate, both sides, and left in the fridge overnite. Was gonna do on the pellet grill but ended up baking in the over at 350 degrees for 30 mins. Then did the reverse sear on the stovetop in a cast iron skillet. Better than Texas Roadhouse to use
