Ingredients

  • Small Curd Cottage Cheese – I recommend using full fat cottage cheese for this recipe. Make sure to drain any excess liquid off of the cottage cheese before adding it to the baking sheet.
  • Optional Seasonings – Kosher Salt and Everything by the Bagel Seasoning. Use what you prefer such as chives, black pepper or a pinch of cayenne pepper

How to Make Cottage Cheese Chips

  • Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. To prevent from sticking, you may need spray parchment paper with an oil spray.

Step 2 – Scoop the whole milk cottage cheese onto the baking sheet in a heaping tablespoon amount.

Step 3 – Then gently flatten it out onto the pan with a spoon. Make sure that the chips are at least 1 inch a part on the baking sheet.

Step 5 – Bake for 22-25 minutes until the chips start to brown around the edges. Start checking the chips after 22 minutes and then continue to check them every 2 minutes until the chips are golden brown around the edges.
