Ingredients
- Cottage Cheese – We recommend using full-fat cottage cheese or low fat
- Eggs – You will use 2 whole eggs or you just use the egg whites

- Italian Seasoning – This is an optional seasonin. Feel free to use your favorite spices.

How to Make Cottage Cheese Flatbread
- Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 – In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and combined.
Step 3 – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 4 – Pour mixture from the blender onto the parchment paper.
Step 5 – Bake for 30-35 minutes until the flatbread is golden brown. Allow the flatbread to cool for 5 minutes.
