Delicious and so easy to make!
Can I use frozen chicken with my instant pot?
Yes you can.
when would I & how much cream cheese would i add in to make it a little creamier?
I would stir it in in the last 30 minutes and allow it to melt. I would use 8oz.
What size can of diced tomatoes & green chilies? Is this same a โRotelโ?
I used 10 oz cans for this recipe and yes, this is the same as Rotel. Thank you.
My son hates cream cheese. Is there something else I can use in it’s place?
You can just leave it out or maybe try mixing in a cup of heavy whipping cream in the recipe instead.
I’m not a huge fan of cream cheese in large volumes, makes it too twangy for me. Can the amount be decreased or switched to a different cheese? Also your pick shows the chicken being served intact & not shredded. What way would you suggest serving this? (side dish)
Hello I was curious as to the instapot instructions for this recipe I love my crock pot but it sucks the life out of the meat
Leanore – I haven’t made this one in the instant pot yet. I would try cooking it on high pressure for 30 minutes with a quick release. Let me know how it turns out! Thanks.
