Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 cans crushed tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 0z
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 3 cups dry uncooked macaroni

Instructions

  • Add the ground beef to the instant pot. Push the saute button and cook ground beef until it is brown.
  • Add in bell pepper, Italian Seasoning, salt, pepper, tomatoes, uncooked macaroni, and broth. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and and set the valve to sealing.
  • Set the pressure for 2 minutes.
  • Do a quick release to release the pressure.
  • Stir and Serve immediately.
