Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mix bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Then stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese.

Step 2 – Step 2 – Spray a 9X9 baking pan with a non-stick spray or olive oil and pour the egg mixture into the pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the eggs are cooked through and slightly fluffy. Cut the eggs into 6 equal square pieces.

Step 3 – Cut the English muffins into halves and butter the cut sides of the muffins and place facing up on a baking sheet. Broil in the oven for 2-4 minutes until the tops are slightly golden brown.

  • 8 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Butter Melted

  • 12 Slices of Black Forest Ham
