Recipe Notes

Cut the potatoes into uniform sizes small pieces for even cooking.
Ensure all ingredients are well coated with olive oil to prevent sticking and to achieve a nice roast. However, avoid using too much oil as it can make the dish greasy.
Spread the sausage and potatoes in a single layer on the sheet pan. Avoid overcrowding to ensure they roast properly and get a nice caramelization.
Cooking times may vary depending on your oven and the size of the potato pieces. Check for doneness at the 20-minute mark and adjust cooking time as needed.
Stirring the ingredients halfway through the cooking process helps in even roasting and prevents burning.
