- penne pasta
- red bell pepper
- crushed tomatoes
- Italian seasoning
- minced garlic
- water
- milk
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese
How to make skillet pasta and sausage recipe:
In a large skillet, add the sausage and the red pepper. Brown over medium heat until the sausage is browned and the peppers start to get soft.
Add in the pasta, milk, tomatoes, seasonings, and then add enough water to just slightly cover the pasta (about 2 cups).
Simmer over medium heat (with the lid on) until the pasta is soft (about 10 minutes). Remove the lid.

Made this for the fam and for a neighbor who recently just had a love one who passed away. And gotta say this was so easy to make and so good. This recipe is definitely going into the cookbook. Oh did I mention easy clean up, since it was one pan. And it really did cost less than $10.
