How to Make Korean Beef Bowls

Step 1 – Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat with the diced onions until browned (5-7 minutes), breaking up the beef as it browns. Drain off any excess grease from the pan.

Step 2 – Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until you can start to smell the garlic.

Step 3 – In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, water, brown sugar, pepper, ground ginger and cornstarch until combined.

Step 4 – Stir this mixture into the skillet. Cook over medium high heat for 7-10 minutes until the beef is coated and all the flavors have combined.
Step 5 – Serve warm as or or over rice garnish with the scallions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!

- 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- ยผ cup Water
- ยผ cup Brown Sugar
- ยฝ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ยผ teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 2 Green Onions sliced, for serving
- ยฝ Tablespoons Sesame Seeds for serving
