This can easily be made with ground turkey or ground chicken instead of the beef.
If you are gluten free, you can use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce.
If you want more sauce, you can easily double the sauce ingredients to make this Korean beef more saucey.
You can easily add in any of your favorite steamed veggies to this meat mixture to add in more fiber and nutrients! I love mixing in steamed broccoli right before serving. If you add in veggies, I do recommend doubling the sauce so you have enough to coat the veggies as well.
