Tips for The Best Ice Cream

  • Bananas – Use ripe bananas to a naturally sweet ice cream. When I notice my bananas are getting to ripe, I place them in the freezer in a zip lock bag.
  • Frozen Fruit – If you have fruit getting bad, place in the freezer to make smoothies or ice cream. Fully Frozen fruit makes the best ice cream.
  • Blender – You will need to make this ice cream with a high-speed blender such as a Vitamix for the best texture.
