I just simply love baked beans and this easy baked beans recipe is a favorite around here. I love my personal recipe so much that when we go out to restaurants I am often disappointed at their version.
Yes… I am weird about baked beans like that. 🙂 Warmer weather will be here before we know it and this is my favorite side dish to bring to family gatherings and barbecues.

These are great, because they get the onions and vegetables really small. They end up being hidden in our baked beans or in any recipe, but you still get the the flavor.

Ingredients:
- pork and beans
- BBQ sauce
- brown sugar
- jalapeno juice
- onion
- bacon
How to make baked bean recipe:
First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the bacon, BBQ sauce, diced onions, brown sugar and jalapeno juice together.
Once mixed, add the 3 cans of pork and beans and pour into a 9×13 baking dish.
Bake until it starts to bubble. Keep reading for the full recipe.
You can top with more jalapeno peppers if you prefer but it is optional.

Feel free to make this your own and try new things. You can also use kidney beans with the pork and beans. We often add bell pepper with the onion.

Quick and Easy Baked Beans
Ingredients
- 3 cans pork and beans
- ¾ cup BBQ sauce any brand
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons jalapeno juice from a jar or ¼ of fresh jalapenos chopped
- ¼ onion diced use a chopper
- 8 slices Bacon chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl mix the the bacon, bbq sauce, diced onions, brown sugar, and jalapeno juice.
- One mixed add 3 cans of pork and beans
- One combined pour into a 9×13 baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour until it starts to bubble.
- Let set for about 10 minutes and then serve.
