How to Make Baked Eggs

A 12-cup muffin tin sprayed with oil sits on a counter next to a carton of brown eggs, two blue salt and pepper shakers, and a floral cloth on a white hexagon-patterned surface.

Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a non-stick muffin tin generously with olive oil.

A muffin tin holds twelve raw eggs, each topped with black pepper, on a hexagon-tiled countertop. Two blue salt and pepper shakers and a floral cloth are nearby.

Step 2 – Crack one egg into each muffin tin and top with salt and pepper based on your preference.

A muffin tin with twelve baked eggs, each topped with seasoning, sits on a light patterned surface. Nearby are two blue salt and pepper shakers and part of a floral cloth.

Step 3 – Cook for 9-12 minutes until the egg whites are set and the yolk is still slightly runny in a preheated oven. Be careful not to overcook the eggs as they will continue to cook once removed from the oven.

A metal knife loosens a baked egg from a muffin tin, with several other baked eggs in the pan. A floral-patterned towel is nearby on the counter.

Step 4 – Let sit for a few minutes. Use a knife to run around the outside of the eggs to carefully remove them from the tin.  Serve warm and enjoy! We like to garnish with feta cheese for even more flavor.

A muffin tin filled with baked eggs garnished with herbs sits on a table next to a plate of cooked sausages, salt and pepper shakers, a biscuit, and a metal spatula.
