I like to cook this on low for several hours but you can certainly cook this on high if you prefer.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 onion diced
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 cans diced tomatoes 15 oz each
- 1 tomato sauce 14 oz
- 2 cans black beans drained and rinsed
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

- sour cream
- cheddar cheese
- jalapenos
- avocado
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef and drain the fat.
- Place in a crock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients to the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3.
