How to freeze crock pot beef tips and rice:

This makes a delicious freezer meal recipe (in fact, I included it in my crock pot freezer meal post where I show you how to make 10 crock pot meals for the freezer in under an hour). Place all ingredients into your freezer bag (uncooked) and freeze.

Do not put the rice into the bag. Place the rice in a separate bag – Learn how to freeze rice.

When you are ready to cook,  put contents in your crockpot (can be frozen) and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. Then microwave the rice for 4 minutes and serve your crockpot beef tips and gravy over the rice.
