What to serve with beef tips?
This recipe is delicious over mashed potatoes, pasta or even rice. Sometimes, I will whip up a bowl of quick and easy Instant Pot Potatoes that can be ready in only 10 minutes!
I also freeze rice so that is so easy to just take out of the freezer on busy nights.
Another option is pasta! We like to serve this over egg noodles but you could use any that you like. Yum!

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 diced onion
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- • 2 lbs stew meat (or chop up any inexpensive beef on sale)

This makes a delicious freezer meal recipe (in fact, I included it in my crock pot freezer meal post where I show you how to make 10 crock pot meals for the freezer in under an hour). Place all ingredients into your freezer bag (uncooked) and freeze.
Do not put the rice into the bag. Place the rice in a separate bag – Learn how to freeze rice.
When you are ready to cook, put contents in your crockpot (can be frozen) and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. Then microwave the rice for 4 minutes and serve your crockpot beef tips and gravy over the rice.
