  • Step 7 – Then transfer the fried zucchinis to a plate lined with a paper towels to drain. Allow them to cool (they will be hot) on a wire rack. You can top them with salt to keep them crisp at this time.
  • Step 8 – Then serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Recipe Tips

  • Slice Zucchini – We recommend slicing the zucchini about the same size so they cook evenly and about the same time.
  • Coating Zucchini – To ensure the that breadcrumbs stick, make sure to dredge with the flour and milk mixture.
  • Frying Zucchini – When frying zucchini watch closely so you do not burn. Use a slotted spoon to remove the zucchini from the skillet to remove excess grease. We recommend frying in a single layer. You may need to work in batches.
  • Cooking Methods – Feel free to also cook the zucchini in the oven on a baking sheet or fry in an air fryer basket.
