Thursday – Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

This Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin is so crazy easy and incredibly delicious. My kids devoured this simple dinner idea. Plus, this recipe freezes great.

Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin
This pork tenderloin is made with simple seasoning and sauce. The pork cooks low and slow to create the most tender meat. There is no need to sear the pork before cooking.

Breakfast – Baked Pancakes

I love the convenience of baking pancakes over making them the traditional way.  This process is easier when you have to make a lot of pancakes for a family get-together or party.
