Every bite is salty, nutty, and irresistibly crunchy on the outside while tender on the inside. They’re weeknight-easy (oven or air fryer), pair with anything from roast chicken to steak, and perfect for the holidays.

Why You’ll Love Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

A woman with long dark hair, wearing earrings and a burgundy top, smiles at the camera in front of a textured, beige background.

You’ll love Parmesan Brussel Sprouts because they hit every craving at once – salty, garlicky, and crispy. Roasting (or air-frying) the halved sprouts caramelizes their cut sides into crispy edges while keeping the centers tender, and a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan that melts into all the nooks for nutty, cheesy goodness in every bite.

They’re weeknight-easy, kid-approved, taste delicious and work in the oven or air fryer with the same crunchy, cheesy finish. If you are trying to get your kids to eat Brussel Sprouts, try this recipe and let us know how they liked it!
