Recipe Tips

  • Cutting Tortilla – Try your best to cut the tortillas in about the same size. This helps them to cook evenly. Use a pizza cutter or a knife to cut the tortilla.
  • Butter the Tortilla – Make sure to completely cover the tortilla with melted butter so the cinnamon and sugar mixture sticks.
  • Air Fryer – These cinnamon chips can even be made in the air fryer. Place the prepared tortilla in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 3-4 minutes at 360 degrees. There is no need to spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
