If you have some treats to take to school or your hosting a Halloween party, you are going to have to make these adorable ghost cupcakes.
Just adorable. No scary ghosts around here.
My family loves Halloween, but we try to stay away from the scary Halloween – we make it all fun and kid friendly. If you want a fun Halloween treat then this is for you.
All you need is a chocolate cake mix, some chocolate chips and some homemade marshmallow creme.
I just used plain cupcake liners, but I think it would be fun to use some Halloween cupcake liners like these.
Cupcake liners aren’t necessary. If you use a silicone cupcake mold, don’t worry about the liners. These ghost cupcakes are cute enough to stand alone. I did use a Wilton 1A round decorating tip to swirl my frosting on the top of each cupcake. In fact I skipped frosting all together and use my homemade marshmallow creme. I got better with each cupcake and noticed the taller I made the frosting, the more “ghost-like” the cupcake looked. The marshmallow creme tastes great and is perfect for getting that taller frosting.
Make sure you try some of our delicious cupcakes. I know you will find more your family will love.
These super cute ghost cupcakes are the perfect dessert for Halloween. I think your kids will love these ghost cupcakes. They are easy and frugal
