This Low Carb Pizza Chicken is a cheesy, saucy, Keto-Friendly Dinner made with juicy chicken breasts topped with marinara, melted mozzarella, and your favorite pizza toppings! A delicious weeknight meal without the carbs but still taste like comfort food!

Everyone is raving about the Keto lifestyle. If you miss being able to enjoy pizza, then you are going to love this easy pizza low carb chicken bake. My kids rave at how good this recipe is and I love it because it is low carb and made with simple ingredients.

Ingredients
- Chicken Breasts – You can also chicken thighs.
- Salt and Black Pepper – Simple spices
- Pepperonis – Regular Pepperonis or Turkey Pepperonis will work with this recipe.
- Tomato Sauce – Marinara sauce or Homemade Pizza Sauce Recipe also works great with this recipe.
- Onion – Chop into small pieces. Learn how to freeze onion to chop ahead of time
- Diced Tomatoes – Added for flavor
- Garlic Salt – You can use garlic powder
- Mozzarella Cheese – Use freshly shredded mozzarella cheese for the best flavor. We have even added shredded cheddar cheese for even more flavor.

How to Make Keto Pizza Chicken
Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and spray a 9X13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. ย
Step 2 – Lay the chicken breasts out evenly in the baking pan and top with the onions. ย I will also drizzle a little olive oil on top of the chicken.
Step 3 – Then in a small bowl, stir together the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. ย
Step 4 – Pour the mixture over the chicken in the baking pan.ย
Step 5 – Then bake it for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. ย
Step 6 – Then layer with the shredded mozzarella cheese and slices of pepperoni. ย You can even sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top.
Step 7 – Bake for 5 more minutes in the oven to melt the cheese. ย
Step 8 – Let the chicken set for 5-10 minutes and then serve warm.ย Enjoy!ย


Low Carb Pizza Chicken {Keto recipe}
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ยฝ onion
- 1 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 can of diced tomatoes 15 oz
- ยฝ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt or can use garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
- 1 oz pepperonis (approximately 12-14 slices).
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and spray a 9X13 baking pan with non stick cooking spray.
- Lay the chicken breasts out evenly in the baking pan and top with the onions.
- Then in a small bowl, stir together the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the baking pan. Then bake it for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Then top with the shredded mozzarella cheese and the sliced pepperonis.
- Bake for 5 more minutes in the oven to melt the cheese.
- Let the chicken set for 5-10 minutes and then serve warm. Enjoy!

- Chop Veggies – We like to use a small food chopper or a vegetable chopper to easily chop the veggies. This ensures that they are about the same size.
