- Step 3. Divide the ground beef. Form the ground beef into 6 patties.
- Step 4. Put the patties on the grill. Place on the grill over direct heat. Season the patties with salt and pepper.
- Step 5. Cook the burgers. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side until the patties reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Step 6. Melt the peanut butter. Microwave the peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl on high for 30 seconds.
- Step 7. Warm the burger buns before using. Place the hamburger buns on the grill for approximately 1 minute to toast the buns. Remove the buns.
- Step 8. Add cheese and burger to each bun. Top each of the bottom buns with a slice of the cheddar cheese and a cooked burger patty.
