This Taco Pizza recipe is one of my family’s all-time favorites! It brings together the best parts of taco night with the irresistible crispiness of pizza.
I love how easy it is to throw together, especially on busy weeknights when I want something fun and filling. The combination of seasoned beef, melted cheese, and fresh toppings always hits the spot, and there are never any leftovers!

Ingredients

- Precooked Pizza Crust 12-16 inches – Try our Homemade Pizza Dough
- Ground Beef – We like using lean ground beef
- Taco Seasoning – Use store bought or make Taco Seasoning Recipe
- Refried Beans – Check out our Crockpot Refried Beans
- Salsa – Try our Homemade Salsa Recipe
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese – use freshly shredded cheese for the best flavor. Mexican blend pizza is also a family favorite.
- Toppings – Dollop of Sour Cream, Diced tomato, Green Onions, and Black Olives

How to Make Taco Pizza
Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 – Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Drain the excess grease from the pan. Stir in the taco seasoning and water.

Step 3 – Combine the salsa and refried beans together in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave this mixture for 60 seconds, so it’s easier to spread.

Step 4 – Place the premade crust on a baking sheet or pizza pan. Spread a layer of the refried beans mixture onto the crust.

Step 5 – Top with the taco meat and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for approximately 5 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
Step 6 – Remove the oven and top with the sour cream, hot sauce, taco sauce, diced tomatoes, green onions and black olives. Slice and enjoy!

- 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- ½ cup Water
- 1 can Refried Beans (15 ounces)
- ½ cup Salsa
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tomato Diced
- 2 Green Onions Sliced
- ½ cup Black Olives Sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Drain the excess grease from the pan.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Allow to simmer for 4-6 until the water is cooked off and flavors are combined.
- Combine the salsa and refried beans together in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave this mixture for 60 seconds, so it's easier to spread.
- Place the premade crust on a baking sheet or pizza pan.
- Spread a layer of the refried beans mixture onto the crust.
- Top with the ground beef and cheese.
- Bake for approximately 5 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
- Remove the oven and top with the sour cream, diced tomatoes, green onions and black olives.
- Slice and enjoy!
