How to Make Pizza on the Grill

  • Step 1 – Preheat the grill. My gas grill has a thermometer on the lid, so I preheat it to 400. The high temp will give your pizza the crispy bottom crust. If you don’t have a thermometer for your grill, then I highly suggest you get one. Amazon has several on sale.

/////////////what about a frozen pizza? Like Digiorno;s? Can you put that on a grill?
What about the screamin ……..? Also one I like. Doable?

    1. Carrie Barnard says:

I haven’t tested it yet but I think it can work. Preheat the oven and grill it with the lid closed on the grill for the same time as is required based on the package instructions. I would rotate the pizza regularly in case you have any hot spots on the grill.
