Texas Roadhouse Chicken Fried Steak Recipe:

Texas Roadhouse Country Fried Steak is one of our favorite menu items at Texas Roadhouse. When my family loves a menu item at their favorite restaurant, we try and recreate it at home.

The chicken fried steak is dipped into a egg and flour mixture and then fried to perfection. We also love to make the creamy gravy to top the fried steak. These two combine make the perfect meal.

We love how easy it is to make this copycat recipe. My kids think it taste better than Texas Roadhouse’s and they are happy that we can make it at home.

We used a sirloin steak but you can also use a cube steak, a tenderized steak or a round steak. This recipe was created to make a cheap cut of steak to taste better.
