Ingredients

- Butter – Make sure it is softened. We used unsalted butter.
- Milk – We used whole milk. But you can also use heavy cream, skim milk or low fat milk

How to Make Whipped Butter

Step 1 – Add the softened butter and milk to a mixing bowl.

Step 2 – Using a hand mixer or the whisk attachment of a stand mixer, mix on low speed for about 2 minutes.

Step 3 – Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Next, increase to high speed and beat for another 2–3 minutes, until the mixture is fluffy, smooth texture and no liquid.

Step 4 – Spoon the whipped butter into an airtight container. Then it’s ready to serve and enjoy!
