This Baked Chicken Spaghetti is one of those dishes that instantly reminds me of home. Itโ€™s warm, cozy, and packed with creamy, cheesy goodness, everything a weeknight casserole should be.

Ingredients

Ingredients for Baked Chicken Spaghetti arranged on a white surface, including dry spaghetti, shredded cheese, cooked chicken, canned soup, sour cream, diced tomatoes, broth, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  • Shredded Chicken – You can make your own shredded chicken or use a rotisserie chicken and shred off the pieces if you prefer.
  • Spaghetti – Broken in half
  • Cream Soups – We used Cream of Chicken Soup and Cream of Mushroom Soup for a creamy texture
  • Sour Cream – Adds a hint of tangy flavor
  • Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles (Rotel) – The Rotel doesn’t add much spice, but if you’re nervous about it make sure to use a mild option. For a spicy flavor, use the hot version.
  • Minced Garlic – Learn How to Mince Garlic Cloves
  • Italian Seasoning – You can even make Homemade Italian Seasoning Recipe
  • Chicken Broth – If you are out, see Chicken broth substitutes
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese (divided) – I prefer hand shredding the cheese so that it melts easier and for the best flavor. I used sharp cheddar cheese for this recipe but mild or medium would also be delicious.
