Ingredients

- Shredded Chicken – You can make your own shredded chicken or use a rotisserie chicken and shred off the pieces if you prefer.
- Spaghetti – Broken in half
- Cream Soups – We used Cream of Chicken Soup and Cream of Mushroom Soup for a creamy texture
- Sour Cream – Adds a hint of tangy flavor
- Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles (Rotel) – The Rotel doesn’t add much spice, but if you’re nervous about it make sure to use a mild option. For a spicy flavor, use the hot version.
- Minced Garlic – Learn How to Mince Garlic Cloves
- Italian Seasoning – You can even make Homemade Italian Seasoning Recipe
- Chicken Broth – If you are out, see Chicken broth substitutes
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese (divided) – I prefer hand shredding the cheese so that it melts easier and for the best flavor. I used sharp cheddar cheese for this recipe but mild or medium would also be delicious.
