How to make slow cooker cuban mojo pork tenderloin?

In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, cumin, corn starch, cilantro, mint and water.

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, cumin, corn starch, cilantro, mint and water.
  • Add the pork tenderloin to the crock pot.
  • Pour the sauce over the top of the crock pot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Recipe Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. 
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: 
  • Add the pork tenderloin to a baking dish. Pour the sauce over the top of the tenderloin and cover the pan with foil.
  • Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit  for 25-30 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove the foil. Broil for 3-4 minutes to brown the pork slightly. Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes and then it’s ready to slice, serve and enjoy. 
 
GRILLING INSTRUCTIONS: 
  • Pat the pork tenderloins dry with a paper towel.
  • In a small bowl whisk together all the ingredients except for the pork tenderloin.
  • Preheat the grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F) and rub the grill grates with oil to keep the pork from sticking to the grates.
  • Use tongs to remove the pork from the bag.  Shake off the excess marinade.  Place on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove from the grill.  Tent with foil and let sit for 5-10 minutes.  The pork should reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F while the pork is resting.
  • Then the pork is ready to slice, serve and enjoy!

    I take this recipe to another level, after slow cooking ,I shred the pork and make Cuban sandwiches by adding ham and Swiss.
    But I also add coleslaw to top off this sandwiche and a kosher dill on the side! Bon Appétit.
