How to make cuban chicken breast recipe:
Place all the ingredients in the crock pot. It is that simple!
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3 hours.
When finished place the chicken on a cookie sheet lined with foil. This is optional but really gives the chicken a delicious glaze if you broil it.
Spoon the extra sauce on top of the chicken.

- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 2 limes Juiced
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 tsp mint extract

Looks good. For baking in the oven—how long and what temp? Do I marinade the chicken first with the sauce or do I boil the sauce and pour over the chicken?

I marinate for 8 hours then roast for approx 45-60 mins at 450° basting toward the end. I tripled the garlic and roughly chopped it so it wouldn’t burn. The sauce is delicious.
