Meal Plan Tips

  • Start the brisket Friday morning. The Slow Cooker Red Wine Brisket needs 8–10 hours on low — get it in the crockpot before you leave the house and come home to the best Friday dinner of the week
  • Make the muffins over the weekend. Mini Chocolate Chip Muffins keep well for several days and at $0.10 each making a double batch means breakfast is handled all week
  • Prep the taco shells Tuesday morning. Spaghetti Tacos come together in under 20 minutes — having everything prepped makes Tuesday the fastest dinner of the week
  • Marinate the balsamic chicken Thursday morning. Even 30 minutes in the balsamic marinade makes Thursday’s chicken significantly more flavorful
  • Grill the peaches right after dinner. Grilled Peaches take under 10 minutes on the grill — the perfect quick dessert that feels special without any extra effort
